Many times in the weight loss process we eliminate excess pounds from the arms, legs and even face, but we find it so difficult to lose stomach weight.
This is very difficult to remove for several reasons:
- Lack of a skeletal support in the abdomen and the presence of a thin wall of muscle will make the fat develop in depth, including around the organs. Generally the development of fat between the abdominal organs is due to a toxic diet high in fat and sweets: pork sausage, fried foods, fast food and cream cakes.
- Lack of exercise. 10-20 years ago cars were not available to everyone and most people used to walk or ride a bike, but today people refuse to take a walk for 10 minutes and won`t go anywhere without a car.
- Non systematic eating.  Many companies do not take into account the weight program, and employees will eat when they have time and often fast food. This type of food is harmful to health, and even if you eat salads, try to avoid those with rice, pasta or nuts. Only those with vegetables are indicated.
Tricks to lose stomach weight.
Feeding is essential. You don`t have to give up on good tasting foods and you can use natural spices and dried plants( which have a special flavor). You can sprinkle over cooked food or salads with olive oil and soured with lemon. You should avoid a few products: peanuts in sweet dishes, cream, pork sausages, pork, lamb, rabbit, bread,cream cakes, cakes and fast food. Eat at least two fruits daily and vegetable salads.
Movement is essential if you want to lose stomach weight. Because this fat is the most difficult to eliminate we recommend sports like running and swimming.
Empower yourself with patience and perseverance. Weakening in this area is slow, while eliminating body fat of the abdominal organs. You need to do as much movement as possible because these fats are converted into energy to avoid their return and a fat molecule is several tens of times more caloric than a glucose. In a few months of
daily training regime you'll see beautiful results. Another important thing is to drink only water. If you need to drink coffee, try not to drink more then one small cup of black coffee. Some people need to drink coffee daily, and if they don`t drink, they will have headaches and they won`t feel good at all. Avoid anything that contains the word wheat in the ingredient list.  Things you can`t eat: pasta, bread, cereals, crackers.
