Movement
is essential if you want to lose stomach weight. Because this fat is
the most difficult to eliminate we recommend sports like running and
swimming.
Empower yourself with patience and perseverance. Weakening
in this area is slow, while eliminating body fat of the abdominal
organs. You need to do as much movement as possible because these fats
are converted into energy to avoid their return and a fat molecule is
several tens of times more caloric than a glucose. In a few months of
daily
training regime you'll see beautiful results. Another important thing
is to drink only water. If you need to drink coffee, try not to drink
more then one small cup of black coffee. Some people need to drink
coffee daily, and if they don`t drink, they will have headaches and
they won`t feel good at all. Avoid anything that contains the word
wheat in the ingredient list. Things you can`t eat: pasta, bread,
cereals, crackers.
